We pay you every week, so you dont have to wait all month for your money to clear. You get paid as you work which means you will always have money in your pocket! Just send us your timesheet by email, by fax or by post at the end of each working week…it couldn’t be simpler.

To ensure we only ever recommend the best professionals for your business who will meet the specific requirements of your vacancies, we operate rigorous pre-screening processes.
Every candidate is invited to our offices where they are interviewed in person. Interviews are thorough, we gather key information on work histories, duties and responsibilities, qualifications, technical ability and understanding, availability and eligibility to work. We also obtain a minimum of two references from previous employers.
We meet all our candidates and fully vet and test them to ensure that you only receive perm cv’s and temp staff who excel in our tests and in their jobs.
Temporary / Locum Roles
Our primary expertise lies in providing you with outstanding temp / locum staff.
For temporary placements we pride ourselves on flexibility. We also understand that tough economic climates can affect your business so in order to help you become more profitable, our rates are amongst the most competitive in the market, but we don’t believe in compromising on quality and you’ll get our promise of high calibre people despite our lower rates.
We are also able to provide cover at very short notice, our office hours are open from 7am-7pm, however we also have an out of hours emergency mobile which is contactable 24/7, so if you have a staff shortage emergency on a Sunday night – we can still help!
Longer opening hours meaning we can always help
Our quality vetting process ensures that all our temps are fantastic at carrying out their job. Furthermore, we do spot checks on all our temps to make sure they continue to be the best in their field.
Temp nurses, reception staff and practice managers are paid weekly through the agency. The practice will then be invoiced according to the hours worked by the temp. Locum hygienists and dentists are paid directly by the dental practice, and we will then invoice you with the agreed daily rate.
We also have specific Client Loyalty Schemes rewarding you for continuing to work with us, so for every temp you book with us you will receive loyalty points which can be redeemed against future bookings.

One of the most important aspects of the service we offer you is an efficiently managed process. The aim being to reduce, as far as possible, the number of hours you have to spend recruiting.
Wherever practical, we meet with everyone involved in the recruitment process to gain a full and complete understanding of the exact requirements, both technical and personal from both the perspective of our clients and our candidates.
We then search our database, advertise on various job boards, interview numerous candidates and then prepare a shortlist of candidates who match the role profile, critical competencies and behavioural indicators that you require. We only introduce a well-matched and relevant shortlist.
We offer a comprehensive candidate testing service as part of your screening process, we aim to be flexible and if there are any specific tests you would like candidates to do please let us know!
All interviews are arranged for you and thorough feedback is given to both sides.
There is no charge for this service unless you decide to take on an applicant that has been forwarded by Fillingz.
We can also offer you advice in terms of salary, benefits etc for any potential employees. Wherever possible we can also arrange a trail day for the potential candidate to undertake a normal working day to ensure whatever the staff type you are recruiting, you can rest assured that our assessment and selection procedure will ensure that all candidates sent to you have been rigorously checked.
